The purchase of an Electronic Subscription permits the person who is given the User Name and Password exclusive rights to use that User Name and Password. Under no circumstances must the User Name and Password be given, verbally, via email or on any other way to any person, other than the person who is given the User Name and Password by Chiltern & Thames Rider. Those persons must take all reasonable steps to make sure their User Names and Passwords are kept confidential and must not allow any unauthorised person to access the Electronic Subscribers Only Section.
The person who purchases the electronic subscription agrees to these term and condition of purchase. If you do not agree to this, please do not go ahead with the purchase of the electronic subscription.

Competitions and Giveaways:
All giveaways and competitions in the Electronic Subscribers Only section are only available to owners of the User Name and Password. Persons other than the Electronic Subscriber are not permitted to enter these Competitions and Giveaways.
By entering Competitions and Giveaways you are giving Chiltern & Thames Rider the right to publish your name and photo (if applicable) in the magazine and or on the website.
Only residents of the United Kingdom are eligible to enter our Competitions and Giveaways.

Data Protection:
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, certain personal information will be received by www.chilternrider.co.uk. when you enter a competition. By entering you are allowing C&T Rider to use this personal information for the competition and for giving you news from the magazine and website. You can opt out of receiving such information from Chiltern & Thames Rider.

Goods and Services Advertised on this Website:
Any goods and services purchased from merchants, traders or advertisers on this site by browsers are done so by the browser and such activity has nothing to do with Chiltern & Thames Rider. Chiltern and Thames Rider have no responsibility, obligations or liability in relation to the Merchandise.

Use of Information on this Website:
Chiltern and Thames Rider allows browsers to access, download, and send material from this site for your own personal use but not for commercial purposes.
